In early April I had an auction on ebay and went to try to pay. PayPal requires that I pay for itGBP1 and password that was sent to my statement to verify that I am the owner of the account that I did was deliver. This was paid on April 2. I also had the details of my bank account (not just my Visa card, which they thought was a very long time) to complete. I did this. Paypal was then deduct the full amount for the goods, but not forward it to the seller. Due to delays caused by PayPal I do not anger the seller for the goods even though he hadnow not in his right hand in order to transmit time-delay. Last week I went on to win another auction on eBay. I was on eBay (the parent company of Pay Pal), that the money had been deducted from my account and informed the seller. However it was not until the supplier contacted me to say that Paypal had the transmission, I found the thought was the truth.
