Channel 4 News at noon first reported this story a month ago, after contacting a relevant consumer. The privacy watchdog may investigate the potential violation of the law which thousands of BT customers. Our Money Reporter, Bridgid Nzekwu reports Stephen Mainwaring of Weston Super Mare is a badBT customers. Last year, after the strange goings on his computer has contacted his Internet service provider BT, who told him he had a virus. But in reality it was nothing like that.
